By accessing AI Credits, you agree to use our service responsibly and in accordance with these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use our service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Accounts and Registration

To use AI Credits, you must create an account with a valid email address. Email verification is required before you can access the service.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

3. Credits and Expiry

Credits are the currency used to access AI models on our platform. Key terms:

• Credits expire exactly 1 year after they are granted to your account
• Existing credits near expiry will be extended with every new top up
• New users receive a signup bonus of credits
• Model usage costs are clearly displayed before each request
• Expired credits cannot be recovered or refunded

4. Payments via Stripe

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. When purchasing credits:

• Payment is due immediately upon checkout
• Credits are added to your account upon successful payment

5. No Refunds

All credit purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Unused credits
• Expired credits
• Dissatisfaction with AI responses
• Changes in usage patterns

For billing disputes or technical issues, please contact our support team.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AI Credits for:

• Illegal activities or content
• Harassment, abuse, or harmful content
• Attempting to circumvent credit limitations
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract training data
• Generating spam or automated content for commercial purposes

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Credits will not be refunded for temporary service outages.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI Credits is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• AI-generated content accuracy or appropriateness
• Loss of data or credits due to technical issues
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Service interruptions or downtime

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.
