Terms of Service

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Palvoro. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must stop using the Service immediately.

1.2 Account Creation

You may create a Palvoro account in one of the following ways:

• Email and password registration. Email verification is required before you can access the Service.
• Sign in with Google (Gmail). No separate email verification is required, as your identity is confirmed through your Google account.

Regardless of how you register, you agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, not share or sell your account, and notify us at support@palvoro.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Palvoro is an AI credits-based platform providing access to premium artificial intelligence models through third-party API integrations. The Service enables you to interact with AI language models and use AI-powered tools for text generation, summarisation, coding assistance, and other supported capabilities.

Palvoro acts as an intermediary connecting users to third-party AI providers. We do not own, train, or control the underlying AI models. The quality, accuracy, and availability of AI-generated responses depend on those providers.

3.1 What Are Credits?

Credits are the in-platform currency used to access AI models on Palvoro. Every interaction consumes credits based on the length and complexity of the request and response. The credit cost is clearly shown before each request is processed.

3.2 Purchasing Credits

Credits may be purchased at any time through the Platform, processed securely through our payment provider. Credits are added immediately upon confirmed, successful payment.

3.3 Signup Bonus

New users receive a one-time bonus of complimentary credits upon account creation. This bonus is non-transferable and has no cash value.

3.4 Credit Expiry

• Credits expire exactly 12 months from the date they are granted to your account.
• When you purchase a new top-up, any credits nearing expiry will have their expiry date extended accordingly.
• Expired credits are permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered, reinstated, or refunded.

3.5 No Cash Value

Credits exist solely for use within Palvoro. They cannot be refunded, exchanged, transferred, resold, or converted into any form of currency.

4.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our designated payment provider. Palvoro does not store your full payment card details. Credits are added only upon confirmed, successful payment.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Your billing information must be accurate and up to date.
• Palvoro is not responsible for failures caused by insufficient funds, expired cards, or incorrect billing details.
• Failed payments may result in account suspension until resolved.

4.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable in your jurisdiction in connection with purchases made on the Platform.

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including unused or expired credits, dissatisfaction with AI responses, changes in usage needs, account termination for violations, or service interruptions.

If you believe credits were incorrectly deducted due to a technical error, contact support@palvoro.com within 14 days. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a credit adjustment. This does not constitute a general refund policy and does not entitle you to a monetary refund.

6.1 Permitted Use

You may use Palvoro for lawful personal and professional purposes in accordance with these Terms, including research, writing, coding, analysis, and similar legitimate activities.

6.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Generate, share, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, discriminatory, or threatening.
• Produce content facilitating violence, self-harm, or exploitation of minors.
• Harass, intimidate, or abuse any person or group.
• Create or distribute misinformation or content designed to deceive or defraud.
• Infringe upon any third party's intellectual property or other rights.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract AI models, training data, or source code from the Platform.
• Bypass or manipulate credit limits, usage restrictions, or account controls.
• Automate usage beyond normal human interaction without prior written consent.
• Develop competing AI products using Palvoro or its outputs without express written permission.
• Resell or provide unauthorised third-party access to the Service.
• Introduce malware or disruptive code into the Platform.
• Engage in spamming, phishing, or unsolicited commercial communication.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without notice or refund.

7.1 Nature of Outputs

AI-generated content is produced by third-party machine learning systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate. Always verify outputs independently before relying on them for important decisions, professional advice, or publication.

7.2 Ownership of Outputs

Subject to the applicable third-party AI provider's terms, you retain rights to content you create using Palvoro, including for commercial use, unless restricted by that provider's terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of outputs complies with all applicable laws.

7.3 No Warranty on Outputs

Palvoro makes no warranty that AI outputs are free from intellectual property claims, errors, or legal risk. You are responsible for reviewing and clearing outputs before use or publication.

7.4 License to Palvoro

By using the Service, you grant Palvoro a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, process, and use your prompts and outputs solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of your outputs.

8.1 Third-Party AI APIs

Palvoro integrates AI models from third-party providers via their APIs. Your use of the Service is subject to those providers' own terms and acceptable use policies. Palvoro is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party AI model.

8.2 Platform Infrastructure

Palvoro relies on reputable third-party cloud infrastructure and service providers to operate the Platform, covering database hosting, application deployment, AI memory storage, payment processing, and application logging. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by such providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

9.1 Data Access

Authorised members of our technical team may access backend data as necessary for maintenance, debugging, security investigations, and support, governed by internal data handling policies.

9.2 AI Memory

Palvoro uses an AI memory service to store contextual information from your conversations, allowing the AI to retain context across sessions. You may request deletion of your stored memory at any time by contacting privacy@palvoro.com.

9.3 Application Logs

Application logs may be generated and retained by our hosting and deployment infrastructure as part of normal operations, including request metadata, IP addresses, and error traces, used for debugging, performance monitoring, and security.

9.4 Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10.1 Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, provider outages, or circumstances beyond our control. Credits will not be refunded for service interruptions.

10.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. This includes adding or removing AI models, features, or pricing. We are not liable for any such changes.

11.1 Palvoro's Property

All content, branding, design, code, and materials on the Platform, including the Palvoro name and logo, are the intellectual property of Palvoro and its operators. You may not reproduce, modify, redistribute, or commercialise any Palvoro materials without prior written consent.

11.2 Feedback

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant Palvoro a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide licence to use that feedback in any manner, without compensation or attribution.

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@palvoro.com or using the account deletion option in settings. Upon termination, your access ends and any remaining credits are permanently forfeited without refund.

12.2 Termination by Palvoro

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or if your use creates risk or harm to Palvoro, other users, or third parties. Inactive accounts may be closed after reasonable advance notice. No refunds will be issued for terminations resulting from violations.

In no event shall Palvoro's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service exceed the total amount you paid to Palvoro in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email and/or by a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Palvoro operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
