All credit purchases on Palvoro are final and non-refundable.

1. Core Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds for unused credits, expired credits, dissatisfaction with AI outputs, account actions due to policy violations, or service interruptions.

2. Technical Billing Errors

If you believe credits were deducted incorrectly because of a technical issue, contact support within 14 days of the incident. After review, Palvoro may issue a credit adjustment at its sole discretion. This is not a general refund entitlement.

3. Before You Purchase

  • Start with smaller top-ups if you are testing usage.
  • Review model pricing and expected credit consumption.
  • Remember credits expire based on your terms.
  • Use signup or promotional credits first where available.
