Last updated: May 2026Read with our Terms of Service
This Privacy Policy describes how Palvoro collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Palvoro platform at palvoro.com (the "Service"). It is designed to align with the data and privacy provisions in our Terms of Service, including sections on third-party providers, data access, AI memory, and application logs. Those Terms incorporate this policy by reference; where topics overlap, both documents should be read together.

1. Eligibility and scope

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old, as stated in our Terms. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have done so, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Account and registration

Depending on how you register, we may collect your email address, authentication identifiers, and profile-related preferences. If you use email and password, email verification may be required. If you use Sign in with Google, we receive information from your Google account as permitted by that sign-in flow. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current, as described in our Terms.

2.2 Usage and content

  • Prompts you submit, AI-generated outputs, model selections, and related usage needed to run the Service.
  • Credit balances, purchases, bonuses, expiry, and transaction history tied to your account.

2.3 Technical, security, and payment-related data

  • Request metadata, IP addresses, device or browser signals, and error logs generated by our infrastructure.
  • Payment metadata (for example transaction references and amounts). Full payment card details are processed by our payment provider; Palvoro does not store your full card details, consistent with our Terms.

3. How we use your information

  • To provide, operate, and secure the Service.
  • To process purchases, credits, billing, and account operations.
  • To debug issues, monitor performance, prevent abuse, and respond to incidents.
  • To improve product quality and user support, including as described under "Licence to process prompts and outputs" below.

4. Licence to process prompts and outputs

Consistent with our Terms, by using the Service you grant Palvoro a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, process, and use your prompts and outputs solely to provide and improve the Service. Palvoro does not claim ownership of your outputs. Your use of third-party AI models may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.

5. Third-party AI providers and infrastructure

5.1 Third-party AI APIs

Palvoro integrates AI models from third-party providers via their APIs. Your use of the Service is subject to those providers' own terms and acceptable use policies. Palvoro is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party AI model.

5.2 Platform infrastructure

We rely on reputable third-party cloud infrastructure and service providers to operate the Platform, including database hosting, application deployment, AI memory storage, payment processing, and application logging. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by such providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies and agreements.

6. Access to data by Palvoro personnel

Authorised members of our technical team may access backend data as necessary for maintenance, debugging, security investigations, and support, governed by internal data handling policies.

7. AI memory

Palvoro uses an AI memory service to store contextual information from your conversations, allowing the AI to retain context across sessions. You may request deletion of your stored memory at any time by contacting privacy@palvoro.com.

8. Application logs

Application logs may be generated and retained by our hosting and deployment infrastructure as part of normal operations, including request metadata, IP addresses, and error traces, used for debugging, performance monitoring, and security.

9. Retention, deletion, and account closure

We retain data for as long as needed to deliver the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security records. If you close your account or we terminate it in accordance with our Terms, your access ends and retention may continue only where required by law or legitimate business needs (for example billing records). You may request deletion of account-related data and AI memory by contacting privacy@palvoro.com. We will respond subject to applicable law and verification of your request.

10. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights or ask questions about this policy, contact privacy@palvoro.com.

11. Feedback

If you submit feedback or suggestions about the Service, our Terms provide that you grant Palvoro a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide licence to use that feedback in any manner, without compensation or attribution. Do not include sensitive personal data in feedback unless you are comfortable with that use.

12. International processing

We and our subprocessors may process and store information in countries where we or they operate. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards or legal mechanisms permitted by applicable law.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email and/or by a prominent notice within the Service, consistent with how we describe material updates in our Terms. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
